Anesthesia in Angioplasty?

I’m planning on studying medicine and have eben studying it on my own for a few years now. I’m currently researching Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty, and I think have pretty much everything I need except one thing – I can’t seem to figure out which analgesic and which sedative/s are used for the procedure. If anyone can help me out with this, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks, it’d be really useful. =)

What is it in antidepressants that causes suicidal thoughts?

it says that a rare side affect is suicidal thoughts so I just wanted to know what chemical in the medicine or whatever it is, actually triggers those suicidal thoughts.

sunburn itch – nothing’s working?

I know sunburn itch is due to the dried out skin, but lotion, aloe vera gel, and topical analgesics make it worse! I’m going insane! I tried two oatmeal baths but they didn’t help. It’s not an allergic reaction so I wouldn’t think any of the histamine blockers would work. I tried allergy medicine just in case. Nothing.

I’m going crazy!!!!! I tried two different aloe vera gels and two different kinds of spray analgesics that are supposed to numb it. They made it worse! Please help!
I just tried Sarna lotion as well as hydrocortizone cream and while they didn’t make it worse, it didn’t help all that much. :( I also took two benadryl. Nothing.
